Lumenhouse is a small, independent online shop for the useful end of homeware — the lighting, storage and small fixes that make a house easier to live in.

We're new, and we'd rather say so

Plenty of shops our size pretend to have been around for decades. We haven't. Lumenhouse is at the beginning, which means a short, carefully chosen range rather than thousands of products, and it means we have to earn your trust with how we handle your order rather than with a long history.

How we choose what to sell

Every product here has to solve a specific, ordinary problem: the cupboard with no light in it, the washing machine that has to come out on your own, the game cases stacked next to the telly. If a piece doesn't do a job better than what you already have, it doesn't go in the range. On each product page you'll find a short note explaining why we chose it — including what it isn't good for.

How we handle your order

Dispatched within 24 hours, delivered across mainland UK in 24–48 hours, free, and tracked at every stage so you're never wondering where your parcel is. Thirty days to change your mind. If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, without an argument.
