Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 

To start a return, email lumenhouse.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and, where applicable, arrange collection.

 

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
